What happens if I don’t finish a lesson?Don’t worry, if you don’t finish a lesson in one sitting your progress will be saved for you. When you return you will be asked if you would like to resume where you left off.

Can I use a mobile device or tablet to access iGeriCare?Absolutely! The site and lessons will work on desktops, phones, tablets and any modern internet browser.

Why subscribe?When you join our mailing list you will be notified automatically when new lessons or resources become available. You will also never miss a live event! You will receive an invitation direct to your inbox.

Are there paper versions of the lessons?No, not at this time but there are many helpful resources with each lesson that can be downloaded, printed or shared with others.

What if I need help when in a lesson?You can access instructions on how to navigate the lessons at any time. If you are using a desktop device, click on the 'help' button in the top right-hand corner. If you are using a tablet or mobile device you will find help from the 'menu' button. Here you will find a tour of all the features of the virtual classroom.
